I cut mine 49.5" wide and 15.75" tall. It dont cost nothing to cut it yourself. Only thing that will cost you is the OWG boot or accordian boot. Or if you have some metal fabbed up to fit permanent into place.

did you just leave your box mdf?? or did you use bed liner spray?

I wouldn't suggest using bedliner of any type unless you resin the entire outside of the box. The bed liner crap doesn't water proof so over time your box will turn into sawdust.

also what type of resin should be used cause his retactable cover leaks on days that it rains really hard

I covered mine in fiberglass resin...bondo is the company. You can get it at autozone, pep boys or whatever. All you'll need is 1 quart. I had a friend with an air chisel and grinder do mine. If you can find one of those pnemuatic scissors (don't know what they're actually called) that would work the best.
