how many watts do you think im really getting

Ok i have a MA audio HK 1397 amp. i have it running bridged and im getting about 16.5 to 15.8v depending on how hard the bass hits. when i got the amp someone told me i needed 17v to get all out of my amp....if im getting mid 16's to 16 flat how much of the true power do you think im getting

ok...before i get flamed to bad i should say that the amp says it will push....1600 x1 RMS bridged at 4 Ohm, 700 x 2 RMS @2 ohm, and 400 x 2 RMS @ 4 ohm

the amp has 4 25a fuses in it.....i am also running a 4 guage amp kit form kun koncepts.....my amp did not like 1/0...wire is too big...

but anyways what % of power do you guys think i am getting. i have this amp going to a single 12" L7 in a 3.25^3 @32 hz in a s-10 ext. cab truck...i know this dont really help but i have a 6F cap and i have the big 3 done with 1/0....i dont have a DVM or what ever so i am just wanting a guss as to what % of the sudgested power give do you think im getting.....like i said when i got the amp...people on here told me that unless i have 17v to it i would see the 1600 or 700x2 so im wondering how much i am getting.

17vlt to that amp.....I could understand a hk4000d, because they are power hungry, but to make a better guess, I need to know your batteries type/size and stock alt? As well as what ohm final is on the amp, and for sure you need to run the 0 guage, you can buy reducers for like 8$ takes 0 down to 4 guage so you can run the 0awg to the reducer, then slide the reducer in the socket and your goood to go.
