How many watts can a rockford fosgate P3 12" handle?

Is the new 600w rms model able to handle 750w or would I be at high risk of burning out the voice coil? the other option I was looking at is a Skar VVX 12, would there be a big difference in SPL between these to subs? The box they will be in will be made according to the volume and tuning recommendations from the manufacture depending on which sub I go with.

skar is a much better sub
