speakers: (all coax)

2 (kicker DX60-6.5") recommended 2-50 rms & 100peak

2 (kicker DS40-4") recommended 25 rms and 50 peak

2 (Memphis Audio 4x6") recommended 25 rms and 50 peak

------------------------------

6 speakers total. all low power coax's so could i run all 6 from the H.U. (alpine cda-9853) SAFELY? or can i power all of them from a small 2 channel, like a kicker kx100.1 or 150.1??

i like the way my stuff sounds now, pretty clear for coaxails and just wanted to add some small 4" in the back. its been talked about before, but could i just run some speaker wire from the doors off those speakers into the rear of my truck and wire them to the new 4" or is that not good? im a newb at the entire midrange speaker thing, just looking for help.

Buy a 2 channel amp with 100-150 watts/channel and run the 6.5's on it. They will sound much better with good power on them. Set the gains easy so you don't detonate them. Run the other two pairs off the head unit's front and rear channels.

When you decide to step up to some nice components to play with the L7's, you'll already have the juice for them.
