...only use your subs to play up to 50-60hz?

And what types of enclosures are you guys using?

Right now i have a 30hz tuned box, which plays to 25hz alright, but was wondering what the best enclosure is for running a sub as a true sub-bass only speaker?

Got my midrange speakers installed correctly at last, and can get down to 55hz with more than enough volume, and am less interested in 50-80hz range for my subs.

Am i alright with the enclosure i have? Or are there goodies lurking below 25hz?

I read a post not too long ago that said radio can only play frequencies down to 40hz, so most music doesnt bother going below that.

Rap only goes down to 35, it said.
