i dont hide anything from my ole lady, but then again we dont live together so makes it easier, plus she has a tracker on this dam pc so she knows when i buy something lol, but i dont ask her for input, if i want it and have the money and "my"bills are paid then i jump on it and might tell her i bought something, but half the time she hints around that she knows i orderd something lol....

i too must hide things. just bought a zapco dc 1100.1 and told her i sold my amp for 500 and paid 600 for this one. she flips over everything thats in my car though...lol

I dont live by that with the wife (10 years). We both have our hobbies, and mine all cost about the same (paintball, RC Cars and Hot Rods with a side of Car Audio) She has Scrapbooking, and can outspend me any day of the week. We esentially get sums of money throughout the year.. Christmas, Bonus Checks, Birthdays.. Whatever comes along.. Every now and then, we dip into the family money to get that "I NEED IT NOW" item, but it doesnt happen much, kids usually get most of the left over cash spent on them.

im on the road most the time.

she recieves all the UPS and FEDEX stuff..

I dont have a wife but my dad is a cheap bastard and every time theres a new package hes like whats this? and I'm like well it actually says eric on it....so it's clearly mine and he says yes I know this and then I jsut say something about acoustical enginnerring and then hes down with the whole thing because he has a enginnering degree with a specilization in acoustical stuff...
