How many of you have been arrested?

I've been arrested twice, but wasn't charged... also had one other criminal charge (with no arrest involved) which was dropped at pretrial...

I had a speeding ticket that i thought i had paid already and my license got suspended and i got pulled over on my way back from my honeymoon. spent the night in jail. Before I got that ticket paid off, the cops in the city i lived in were training a new guy and wanted to show him the booking process and randomly drew my name as a person to arrest.

stupid traffic stuff. but still. not fun.

Its pretty hard to get a DUI dropped....

Not really...I expect there to be much worse on this forum. This place isn't exactly filled with societies elite...

Not really, just 5000-10000 in lawyer fees. I know a couple people that have done it. Of course that was a couple years ago, and there is a new law in BC these days so it may be harder now

my uncle got a DWI charge dropped. lol some bish hit him after he had 2 beers. wasnt legally over at the time of the breathilizer, but a few hours later when they did it again he blew a .08. lol only time ive been in a cop car was when one of em was bringin me home after i "ran away"

Cuffed a few times, no time though. First time was in NY. Walked into a corner store real quick to get a drink, turns out the place had just been robbed at gunpoint and the cops were there questioning to owner. When I walked in, the owner pointed at me and said I did it, police believed it because criminals have a tendency to return to the scene. Took me in but my alibi checked out as I had been in school until literally 5 minutes before.

Second time, my buddy and I were joyriding around the country, he was driving, neither of us had a license yet. He decided that doing 80 in a 45 was a smart idea, car got towed we both got rides home from the cops. He got a few fines and a pre-suspended license, they obivously had nothing on me.

Third was just a citation for an underage. Party in a basement near my college. Tons of cops stormed down the stairs, over 20 kids got taken in cuffs. Probably could have avoided cuffs if people didn't try to trample the cops to get out. We all got off because cops entered the house without a warrant and a complete lack of probable cause.

Next I had a car full of us get pulled over for an out tail light. Cop smelled the green stuff. We ate the rest as soon as the his lights came on. We were using my keychain bowl, I just hooked it back on my keys and placed the keys on top of my car when I got pulled over, he never checked them. I gave him permission to search, he found nothing. Put me in cuffs in the back of his car and called his buddy to come with the dog. Dog hit immediately after getting out of the SUV, but they found nothing. Ended up with a ticket for a tail light.

Lesson learned....check all bulbs on vehicle before driving lol.

spent an afternoon in cell after being arrested accused of B&E at night (felony) for entering and passing out in my own towed car... got lowered to trespassing and CWOFfed... 6 months probation ends this week.

i was blacked out... not that that's an excuse. i'm an idiot
