How many Midbass Drivers?

Modeled on WinIsd It shows my Subs hitting 120ish dbs at rms in a sealed box crossed at 100 and my dedicated midbass drivers hitting 108 barely at 120% rms would my subs overpower my midbass or would that be fine. The subs are RE Audio S-EX 12s, 3 of them and the midbass I'm thinking of using RE audio REX 8s in each door.

there is a lot more to it then that. That shows what it will do at peak output in a field. I would deff not be worried about 2 8'' keeping up. how ever I don't think you are going to be able to get the 8's to blend with the tweeters.

already thought of that 4 4" coaxials handle 300hz and up. Its going in a small cab (ext cab s10) how would cabin gain effect it.

i'd just do some 6.5s and be done with it.

do one set aimed properly, all that will do is add confusion to your sound stage. You will be just as loud if you use one set on axis. I would also use proper midbass speakers over subwoofers. it is obvious you are going loud over sq but the same principles apply

yes i did then i double checked (with a tape measure this time) the spots I would put 2 of the 3.5's and they wouldn't fit and 4's would fit the other spots better.

Goldwood GW-8PC-30-4 8" Heavy Duty Woofer 4 Ohm 290-312

Dayton Audio RS225-4 8" Reference Woofer 4 Ohm 295-376

the Daytons wont work as the box required is to large. the goldwood i haven't looked at yet but am going to do so now.
