How Many Layers for box

How many layers should i do for a fiberglass box, for 10 inch subwoofer.right now its a skeleton with the 9 3/8 mounting ring on top and then 4 support posts and it is angled in instead of out like this

i was thinking like 3 inside 4 outside and should i put like polyfil inside the box once im done fibeglassing?
