How many Hz should I be running and what amp?

I have two alpine type r 12s 2 ohm each, i will be wiring them at 2 ohm to a pioneer gm-d8500m amp. how many hz should i be on, and i this amp powerful enough for these subs for daily use, if not what is a not too expensive amp that would be good?

no on the kenwood and how much are you wanting to spend on the amp? would be better if they were dual 4's

Around 200$ for an amp and the subs came damaged so im sending them back i wonder if i could get 4 ohm coils il ask them

MAke sure you have the electrical to run the 1800w model.

Two DVC2ohm woofers can be wired series/parallel for a 2ohm load.

yea thats how i was going to wire them, just bought the audiopipe 1800w amp do you think one battery could run this or should i get another battery?

If it were me I'd just run one but depends on the size/quality of the battery. I'd get a good quality battery and add 1/0 to the engine/chassis grounds and the alternator power lead.
