I'm not pregnant, nor am I seeking employment.

i know you said no pills, but what really helps me out is this stuff called Melatonin. Its herbal stuff that doesnt help you get too sleep, but "improves the quality of your sleep. " say you get 4-5 hours of sleep, if you take melatonin it will feel like you got say 7-8. no joke it works.. i was skeptical at first but i swear by it now. pick it up at any walmart/target 5bucks for 120 3mg pills.

for me i usually get around 6-7 on MWF and T TH i usually get probably around 6-8 and weekends is pretty much when ever i feel like waking up. But my body usually needs around 7-8 of sleep unless i can take like an hour nap in the middle of the day.

Depends with me as I work 3 different shifts. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I make the schedule though, lol!

On my midnight shift, I don't get much. I get off a 715am and home by 730 and get some breakfeast and sleep from 8 to 11 or 12, depends when the baby wakes up. So usually only 3-4 hours. I am so looking foward to that.

Any other week, depends as well. Days off I hit the hay around midnight and get up around 1000 or when the baby does. So I sleep a lot those days, probably too much.

Afternoon shifts I work, I go to bed around 1am or 2am and sleep again till the baby is up around 10 or 11am . So I get enough sleep.

Tuesday mornings are a bish though.

Hang in there, the baby will soon be sleeping through the night before you know it, trust me, been there twice and don't look forward to it again.

Actually she does sleep through the night. Sometimes she gets close to 12 hours of sleep per night. Kinda freaks me out and I wake up and check on her to make sure she is still breathing. So no problems on the end of the spectrum. Now when she is sick, it is a pain in the *** and that has happened a lot as of late. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Dude, I thought I was the only father to do that, freaking out and getting up to check to see if the baby is ok, only to find her knocked out sleeping //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif .

Sometimes I just get up to look at her cause I can't believe she is here. Like I never thought I would have my own kid type of thing.

How old are your kid/kids?
