How many channels do I need?

I know this may sound dumb, but I was wondering how many channels my amp would need if I were planning to use two 10s in my truck? One channel? Two channels? I am new at this!

Also, if I only need a mono amp, would this be good?

you can run them off a mono or a 2 channel.
