how many amps is my alternator?

is there a Alternator chart somewhere that dictates how many amps you could safely run off alts scaling up?

Reason being i Have a 130amp alt. Thinking of getting a 170amp Police package alt for my car. But I'll be pushing 1200-1400rms for the subs and 100-150rms for the components

It is all vehicle and amp dependant. Car A could draw 50A of power to run its electronics, while car B needs 75A of power. And as for how many amps are required for XXX watts depends on the efficiency of the amplifier(s) that you are running.

expecially with a caddy they have alot of computer shit running so they use alot of the amps being produced. you will have to hook up your system and see how it reacts.
