how many aeroports???

This is my max dimensions on my new enclosure 32WX15HX20D all using .75 MDF with a double baffle. How many 4" aeroports do you guys recommend??

Im building 3 enclosures for testing,

SUB/SUB/PORT, SUB/PORT/SUB, CRX STYLE all with the dimensions givin above. The equipment used for these enclosures is in my sig below. Thanks guys for the help.

Orient the ports 90degrees opposite of the subs... then mess around with firing the same box different directions...subs and port.

Does that rule of thumb matter if they are 4" or 6". I know the tuning will but what about diameter?

usually 2 4" ports = 1 6" port (6" still has a little more airflow then 2 4")

For ten's, I'd only use two 4" or one 6"...

dont bother doing a double baffle...

keep the ports as far from the subs as possible..try one, then try 2...

04 Neon SXT, cut out is 9.1875" per subwoofer. I already doubled the front of the enclosure.

my box was 38 x 14 x 20 and I was only able to get 2 4" precision ports in with the 2 12s and I had to mount the ports on top of the box and subs facing rear.

I want to put the aeroports on the drivers side for testing than ill flip it over and test the enclosure with the ports on the passanger side than....test,test..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif This is ENCLOSURE #1, ENCLOSURE #2 next week with ports in the middle of woofers, ENCLOSURE #3 CRX style when I have some free time and more MDF.
