i am going to be running 2 elemental design nine.1 amps at 1200 watts each, should i make two runs with my 2/0 cable or just one and split it off with a distro box?

I bet one run would be fine for your set-up, but it doesnt hurt to use more wire. I did 2 power and 2 ground runs in my car. I stuck over 160ft of wire in that thing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Huh? I dont understand what your sayin? Just figure out how many amps those amps will draw and see what your wire is rated for.

Should I run two runs of cable for my amps? Or run just one run and split it off with a distro box? Two nine.1 amps, 1200 watts each, 2400 watts total

i would personally do 2 runs into a second batt and use that to distribute power to the amps even if your only running one right now the second batt wouldnt hurt

I'm on my phone right now ill draw a diagram for you later if needed but its just pos to pos and neg to neg. Grounding directly to your front bat is your best bet and ground your amps to the rear batt

alright thanks alot man, any recomendations on fuse sizes?

Find the max current capacity of your wire, and fuse it below that. Would make no sense to set up fuse that blows higher than the max of the wire.

this is my understanding, I could be wrong, correct me if so
