How low is 35

do many songs go below 35 hz i wanted to get a box and tune it to 30 but i was told by a car audio store that this would affect the midbass response and that 30 is reallly low i have a brahmah 15 i was under the impression that a tuning of 30 would increase sq so whats your guyzes opinion

Tune it low if you want SQ. Makes a big difference. I am currently running my LI at 28 Hz and it gets mad low, and sound AWESOME!!!!

Tune it low, you will be happy

alright sounds good i told em to port it at 30 they're chargin me 180 for the box though im kinda pissed i think its 2 much 4 cubes at 30 it better be worth it car audio stores are shady but i know i'll neva be able to carpet it and i dont even have a power saw so i gotta put up with it next box im building myself though i'll rent tha **** tools

There are a bunch of people on this forum that build really good boxes, and they are cheap! I almost had one built but ended up getting a friend in woodshop to do it for free!
