Are three 10" USED JL w0's for $80 shipped decent? I know the price is pretty good, and I also know w0's don't pound. I'm just hoping this could be a steal.

My friend has 2 10w0s in his toyota matrix... and personally i think they sound great... they don't hit insanely hard, but in a car with an open trunk like that, it works very well.

So my opinion, get them if you have an open trunk or a small car... otherwise... get something with some more balls for the amount of space you will use with 3 10s..

Yeah, matrix's would be a good car for spl. I did an install on a friends car w/ 2 CVR 15"s on 2 RF 301's at 2 ohm. In a ported box ( will upload pics soon). I could bet you money that he would hiy a HIGH 40's maybe possibly 50'. ALtho on a TL, I wouldn't know. But to answer the ?' yeah sounds like a good deal. Is the dust cap pushed in? How old? and from where?

A few scuff marks on two of the subs.

Only cosmetic... also he said he's had them for only 6-months.

would it sound ok in a truck? not ported or sealed- just a cheap enclosure? or should i try to re-sell them for more?

that seems like a good deal...I've got a friend who has a Subaru wagon with three 10W0's powered off a Tantrum 500.2 with a sealed enclosure, and they pound pretty hard. Not quite as good in SQ as my 12a, but they're much louder...

had 2 12"'s(sealed) in a 97 cavy w/ the fold down seat and they sounded awsome..and i've gone through my share of subs...but yes if they go into a big car i dont think they would be all that great..
