Can this be figured out in winisd? Maybe i'm just tired but that equation looks like hell.f3 is the -3dB point for a sub+enclosure system.
It is found using "F3 = Fb*((1/Qtc^2-2+((1/Qtc^2-2)^2+4)^0.5)/2)^0.5" for a sealed enclosure. Where Qtc is a figure typically between .6 and 1.0 that depicts the system Q at the system resonant frequency.
Tuning of a ported box is determined by the length and cross-sectional area of the port in relation to the enclosure volume.

http://www.accelerator-pedal.com/ported-box.asp use that, it's pretty self explanatory, even gives you the sizes of wood you need to cut out.err... i've read it... but still not quite understand the formula... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
anyone mind giving another example with figure in it (and diagram if possible)
thanks...
