Can u explain to me what an "f3" is plz?

f3 is the -3dB point for a sub+enclosure system.

It is found using "F3 = Fb*((1/Qtc^2-2+((1/Qtc^2-2)^2+4)^0.5)/2)^0.5" for a sealed enclosure. Where Qtc is a figure typically between .6 and 1.0 that depicts the system Q at the system resonant frequency.

Can this be figured out in winisd? Maybe i'm just tired but that equation looks like hell.

Tuning of a ported box is determined by the length and cross-sectional area of the port in relation to the enclosure volume.

http://www.accelerator-pedal.com/ported-box.asp use that, it's pretty self explanatory, even gives you the sizes of wood you need to cut out.

i love to hear low bass... but considering the position of my 2 woofer would be placed just behind the driver seat, not at the back... would it be ok to use 28 - 32hz? can i really hear the low bass inside the car, or would the sound would be more visible outside the car? btw... i'm using toyota rav4- 3 door...

The really low bass is not all that audible in a car. That is why you often see tuning from the 32-40hz range.
