How long will a battery last?

Hey guys, im making a ice chest with a system.....going to go float the river in a couple of months.......the plan is to put a couple of coaxials ran off a cheap head unit....however i been scoping some marine subs and i wanna put a 8' or a 10' in there too and use a little 200-400 watt amp to push it however what spec do I look at or how can i tell how long the battery will last???we usually float for about 8-9 hours......thx

I seen ice chests with motorcycle batteries and would last over 16 hours down the river......however i seen a couple of them with marine subs but dont know how long the battery lasts.....I plan running it with 100-300 watts.....

pretty cool concept.....you can use any kind of speaker as long as its marine speakers....cut the holes out.....put a atv...motorcycle or car battery in the inside and a cheap deck and then you put the ice chest on a tube with a bottom.....its a long float down the guadalupe......
