Hey im getting a 12w7and i have an amp (kickersx 1200.1) that does 650 @ 2 ohm n 1250 at 1ohm....but how do i wire it to the 12w7 since its a dual 3 ohm...can any body justt tell me...i been looking n cant find out how

The 12w7 is an SVC sub, correct? Which means a single 3ohm coil, not dual coils.

But, regardless. Nothing "special" has to be done. You wire it just like every other woofer.

okok i see it on the website....but seeing that i only have one i can only have the option at wiring it at 3 ohm....is my amp 3 ohm stable??? how can u wire one to 1.5ohmss???

if ur amp is stable at 1ohm, its gonna be stable at 3 unless some freak of nature occurs. ignore my first post cuz i didnt know 12w7's were SVC so u cant wire a single SVC3 at 1.5, only 3.

I would guesstimate around 500w......which all in all isn't too bad for a 12w7.

truu i think ima either go wit 2 10w7....but i would only be able to afford one right now then get another one in like AMNY montthsssss months later....or get two 8w7's now .. i'll be able to run both at 1.5 ohhm ...both getting ideall power...and wit those i 'll have room to port them....but with the 10's i wont be able to port them...wont have enough room..i would have to leave sealed

do u have to get w7's? i would recommend dual 13w6v2's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif otherwise, save ur money till u can afford exactly what u want.

should give u about 1000watts @3ohm
