How hard is it to install a viper 791XV

ouch i got mine for 190, but it was at a brand new shop that had just opened and was starting out and i was bringing in some business you know...

but yea i plan on taking apart the ignition sometime this week. if you have the 200 dollars, id say its worth it just for the remote start, but im cheap and still in school lol.

the installation instructions say though not to extend the large wires at all, but i dont think theyll reach the ignition the length that they are...is it alright to extrend them just an extra foot or two?? i have an older 93 escort so it shouldnt be that big a problem right?

Some cars are absolute cake to do. I can do a RS in a Hyundai in a half hour, while taking my time.

Don't install in the dark, use a DMM to verify wires. It can be done by anyone, as long as you read the directions.
