Cheapest place to buy Viper 791XV?

Looking into getting one and maybe like a backup battery so i would like to know where the cheapest place is to get a brand new one? Also, if i got the piezo siren but no backup battery, would that siren still work if the cut the battery line or would they have to not cut it for the siren to still work? You need a backup battery siren for the siren to keep going if the main power is disabled. If no backup battery itself, all is dead.
