how do you build a box inside a trunk?

This thought has been crossing my mind lately, I am thinking about how to do this. I have done installs where the box goes in and then the false panels to make it look clean. Now what I am thinking about putting in, the box wont even fit through the trunk opening...

sounds like it would be really tough and you prly wouldnt have as strong a box as you would have if you were able to get at it from all sides...

i thought about maybe even making a 2 piece box that goes in the trunk one piece at a time, and then fits together, but idk how you would be able to hold it together air tight... guess it could be done if you really wanted to

If designed correctly it could be just as strong.
