How is that comp power supply supposed to handle transients? There's no buffer.

I use a computer power supply and take the main connector and jump connectors I forget which ones they are but if you look at the connector and see the little plastic tab just the conect or right in front of that to the green on I will look for the link and post it but than all i do its strip a yellow wire and black wire and there is your 12 volts. HERE IT IS!!!

If this is for a subwoofer setup, then just buy a plate amp from parts express.

The 500 watt RMS bash plate amp is only $228+shipping from parts express.

The PE plate amps are all on sale too. I'm looking at snagging the 240 watt version for my HT. Only $109.

So then would you just use an rca to 3.5mm to hook it up to say your comp and then it would work? You dont need to ground it anywhere at home?
