Thats right bishes...
Well title pretty much tells the tale, but i need to know how i can test some headrest monitors and some ceiling mount monitors without installing them. Im hoping i can just use my battery somehow the same way i can do with a headunit. Any advice please...

Well, if you understand how to wire the unit up in place, in the car... you should understand how to wire it up outside the car, or simply not installed yet, to test it. Personally I bought a DC power supply many years ago I leave on my 'test bench', it allows for checking pieces quickly and easily. But simply hard-wiring to the batt temporarily should work also.

well thats the prob, ive never installed one of these but i bought a few bulk that i want to test and sell and maybe ill end up with one for my truck for the hassle. Just need to verify quickly that it powers on and accepts an input and displays picture.
