the RE8's are DVC 4 ohm, the Koda8 is SVC 4 ohm.If you changed the impedance you might fry it (the amp)

Unless you get the old RE8s, which are SVC 2 ohm.

i got a compter SUB YAMAHA , ported,

rated 25w , but i cant V-clip it , because of the grill infront of the sub, and if i tend to take out the grill, i have to take off the FACE and the port, and the wiring (that sux )

but this shit shakes the every part of the room.

Pretty sure its single 4ohm. Thats the most common sub impedance on those basic plate amps. I dont wanna take the grill off until I go to Wally world and get some gorilla glue or epoxy to put it back on. Its right at my feet and I dont wanna kick the woofer.

it is mainly held with pressure, i pop mine on and off all the time when i do lan parties, its a ***** to get out even without the glue
