Hopefully my new house...

Looks nice, I see you're about 30 min South of Charlotte, not a bad area at all. My parents are thinking about moving to Asheville. If I can't get a job in SLC when my role is up I'd like to move to NC.
Yea i work in charlotte and my drive is about 45 mins now so im looking at a hour drive to work and back. Thats the only sucky part. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I believe it was about 5.3-5.7%
Not too bad at all...I went for the ARM...the credit fallout happened faster than I thought...I am hoping we don't get in an inflationary cycle and interest rates rise so I can't get out of it. I have to be at 80% of appraisal.

My folks live in Asheville, extremly expensive to live there. Anything decent not on wheels will cost you over $200k. It is very beautiful and basically no crime at all.

what are the property taxes? whats the homeowners insurance rate per year? tv, internet, utilities? you say payment is around$200 a month but what are the other expenses added gonna run you a month another $4-700? looks like a great buy just think about that shit and get prices before you buy. o and gas to and from work?

It will probally be about $400 a month with the bills. And yes the closer you get to charlotte the mor expensive it is. I havent checked charlottes or weddingtons property lately but waxhaw is grew exponetianally in the past few years. There is 4-12 million dollar houses in this little town.

Why dont you use that loan to buy your ferrari?
Seriously.

I dont even want to rag on you, but this is too easy.

Ill just list the facts....

Of course he says he can do it. Its his job to get your credit info and run it. Once he finds out he cant get you approved, he wont be interested.

Lets just say, they can get you financed and in the home.....

It will not be for 30 years.

It will not be at a % as low as you think.

Your payments will not be under $700/month.

You will need a substantial down payment.

You will not sign papers this week. It could take 30-60 days to close.

Again, I dont wanna rag on you but you gotta wake up and stop dreaming. This is big boy land and wishbooks are overreated.
