Yea, the realtor told me he wouldnt be able to give me a loan unless the foundation was made of concrete or brick. And interest for all houses on the market right now is unbelievable.

Theres a good bit of room in there...you could easily park a riding lawn mower and some other stuff in there and use it as storage. And i think the room at the is another bedroom.

Looks nice, I see you're about 30 min South of Charlotte, not a bad area at all. My parents are thinking about moving to Asheville. If I can't get a job in SLC when my role is up I'd like to move to NC.
