hmmm system trouble need help

well i had this amp and cap put in by a car audio shop and for sum reason it looks like everyything is hooked up right amp power light comes on cap comes on sub is on on the head unit but sub does not move i tested the sub on my friends system and it works but i cant get this sub or my friends sub to work on my system any ideas....the amp is a rebuilt hifonics bxi1606D.... i noticed is when plugging in and unplugging the rcas the subs make not a little pop and moves just once...im just puzzled

May seem silly, but is your sub output on your deck on? Gain up? Volume on the deck up?

yup i rechecked everything is set by all means it should be working the audible pop and movement of the sub when i plug it in means its getting power right?

Yaaa, prolly a junk amp.

Send it back and get a new one

is the master/slave switch set to master? i think those have that switch on them.

actually turned out to be be my sub out on my **** head unit of all things.........last thing i wouldve thought of.........well at least i thought about it hah
