Alternator (been on the truck for over a year now) 250amp Custom built HO alt (benched at 269

and Optima under the hood (also been in the truck for a while)

looks ****ign nice man. getting me excited to put my wires in. i'll have 8 runs total of memphis and kicker 1/0 in my golf. waiting on my battery options. did u find it difficult running under the car and drilling hols to run it back up to the back bats with ur install or was it not too bad?

My truck already has holes in the cab floor, so running the wire from the toolbox to the cab wasnt hard at all...now cutting the hole for the wire to go in the toolbox was **** hard.

I don't care what wire it is, running that much 1/0 is going to be hard. lol.

That black piece (bedlinered MDF) is just a raised beauty pannel for the batts and the wire. Under those 6 holes is a 3 inch by 6inch square cutout of the floor of the bed..It was a pain doing that.

Those are just wooden holes coated in bedliner, no need for gromets there...NOW where the wire goes through the metal of the bed, there ARE gromets and the gromets are siliconed in.

Yeah it takes em' by surprise...I'm putting on the lowering kit in a few weeks. So it will be a Reg cab on 20's with a 4/6 drop and a toolbox...lol

Hmmm...wonder who this could be.

and No I didnt use a grinder, I used Jigsaw, and like 200 blades. The bed floor took a toll on those blades. But after it was all said and done, it was a clean hole.
