No, a single 4" port is fine for 1.5 cubes... are you sure the tuning is correct?
3 4" ports would cause HUGE unloading issues

box is 22"x14"x13.5" made of 3/4" mdf with a 14"x4" port

How far is your port from the back of the box? needs to be atleast 4 inches

I would try a smaller box like 1.0 net

maybe I'll try a slot. I've always used non flared aeros and never had a problem plus they are much easier and quicker to build

yes, ports do not make that huge of a difference...an hdc3 of that amp should be LOUD

it moves a ton of air out of the port, things are rattling in my car but it just isnt loud
