I also need to know about battery stuff. I am going to be buying extra batteries to put in my trunk.

I am going to spend about $1500 on power upgrades and $1700 on subs and amps.

I need to know if it is wiser or better to: have one huge alternator of two medium sized alternators or two stock alternators for easy replacement?

I need to know if I need a seprate regulator to kepp the higher current away from the primary electrical system that controls the car and keep the secondary system for the audioz.

I need to know which batteries are best for a possible 10Kwatt system... I can put up two 2 batteries. 11Lx8Dx12H Inside the fenderwell space.

I am running 10,000watts.
You're running 10,000 watts and asking these noob questions?

Answers:

1. As many high output alternators as possible.

2. As many batteries as possible.

MORE IS BETTER WHEN TALKING ABOUT ELECTRICAL. IT IS THE MOST OVERLOOKED PART OF A SYSTEM. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

well I am noob at running 10krms I want to make sure I can get the proper electrical before I get that equipment. I am jumping from 3krms to 10krms. At least thats what I want to do, but if I can't then I will step it way down.

No need to step it down man. You just need multiple big alternators and a bank of batteries.

I need to know what amperage alternator I need. It has been suggested that I keep the stock and add a second high output on a secondary ciruit. I am only able to fit 4 standard size batteries in the back.
