why not rate them @ 13 volts?
if you want to make improvement why change the heat sink instead of using higher quality transistors/caps/op amps and resistors to compensate?
also how about shielding you high amperage section from you swiching section to lower noise?
id be willing to pay the increase KNOWING i am getting a more accurately rated amp that sounds better..
people swear amp specs are meaning less, but its funny that experenced people agree good dampening low nose floor,good isolation between stages as well as good swiching supplies make a huge difference..
