Hmm, I know this is just a old thread being resurrected, but I too had a horrible experience. I second the sentiment of paying more for a reputable company. Communication is non-existant and they don't seem to know what's going on. Every time when I'm able to get in contact and ask where is my package, they said that they'll ship it out "tomorrow". They said that for 2 weeks. One CS guy promised me to upgrade the shipping for the inconvenience of waiting, and a few days later another CS person tells me they don't and won't do that. The $10 bucks I saved by purchasing from them is not worth 2 weeks of hassle and resentment.
