They are a Kicker Authorized Internet Retailer......so I would assume they are very reliable. Kicker wouldn't authorize just anybody to be an internet outlet for them.

I think they are auth by Stinger as well. Not that it is very hard to get stinger but hey.

I think they are 50/50

I have used them before,they have NO phone service

and that alone irratates me,they sell some products(like subs) with serial numbers removed as I learned when my package arrived to my house...

They advertise that they have lets say 150 on hand when they actually do not have any one hand and you have to wait 3 weeks for it to be dropped shipped the the MFG.

I rank them 1 step above Induaudio.....

What is scary is how they handle broken or defective items...

I had a bad experience with them. Sent them a money order for a order. They claimed to never have got the money order until i sent them proof they cashed it. After i proved they had gotten payment they admitted that some of my order wasn't in stock, and i had to wait like another month to get my order. It was all install shit and they wouldn't even ship the part of the order they had in stock. Shady *** place IMO.

I left appropriate feedback for the transaction on ebay and they left retaliatory feedback.

I would never buy from them again.

I think buying from both places is sort of like taking a risk.

Very Poor Customer Service!

You're doing more than taking a normal risk with these people. I wish I had seen this thread before making my order.

Quoted me a price for supplies plus shipping and was told it would ship out same day if order was placed before 3pm. I called back at least 10 times before 3pm and was never again able to get someone on the phone. When order was taken again 3 days later, the price went up $30 and they left out a $23 set of rca's. On top of that, the main item in the order was out of stock when I was assured it was in stock.

I'd rather pay more and deal with a reputable company.
