help with wiring

I just bought some neon winshield washer nozzles to go to the hood and they have a power and ground wire that go to the battery.How could i run them to a toggle switch so they wouldnt be on constantly?

Wire the negative lead through a switch then to the battery.

You're right, Run the positive through a switch

LOL, it really doesn't matter which wire you switch, It will work either way. Electricity flows negative to positive so I usually switch the negative wires.
