Help with wiring problem

I have two pioneer subs. they are svc 4 ohm. I wired one to the other and then one to the amp to give me a 2 ohm load. The subs hit hard for ab 15 min. then they started cutting in and out now they wont even hit at all. there is power to my amp and it can handle 2 ohms so i have no idea why it stopped . any suggestions?

Check your wiring... They should be wired as such:

Yeah the wiring is correct but im thinking it may be my electrical system. It could push the 360 watts.1 but when it goes to 360.2 it may drain it.

sounds like you bridged your amp and its not stable at 2 ohms

ya sounds to me like the amp is not stable at two ohm(or you may ghave your subs wired down to 1 ohm and the amp is not stable there)

Yeah I bridged my amp but it is supposed to be 2 ohm stable but i guess it is not. If I rewire them to 4 ohm will everything go back to normal?

you can't wire 2 s4 vcs to 4 ohms......... if you do, however, let me know b/c you have successfully defied physics....

but if its a 2 channel amp it shall be stable at 4 ohms, so just run 1 to each channel

I'd suggest using a DMM and make sure you have them wired to 2 ohms. Test the speaker wires at the amp and see what you get for a reading. And letting us know what amp your using would be a big help, we'd need the brand and model number as well as what channels your running the wire to.
