Help with Wiring-LOOK PLEASE!!

Right my amp Runs 400watts X 2 @ 2 Ohms RMS OR 800watts X 1 @ 4 Ohms RMS

I have 2 subs that are 400 watts RMS each

Now if my amp pushes out either 2 or 4 ohms,which of these two setups would be better,louder,whatever.Subs in sealed box with dimensions right for the subs.Diagrams from manual for my subs.Amp is Kicker KX800.2,Subs-Audiobahn

Yes i own this stuff,sitting in front of me.

Voice coil config,you mean the terminals where i connect the cables?If so they are double lugged.ill throw up a pic.

OK They have a dual 4 ohm voice coil operation.

Wire them like that, bridged to the amp

wire each sub to 2 ohms and run 1 sub per channel, that will equal a 2 ohm load on each channel

Bridge the amp and wire them like you have in the first pic (except everything 2 ohm would be 4 ohm). Series/Parallel for a 4 ohm final load.
