help with wiring harness

Hi, I'm trying to wire a harness for a 1999 Honda accord and using the following diagram, page 6:

Matched most wires but I now have 3 wires left on the harness and 3 from the car, but the colors don't match the diagram:

car:

white w/red

white w/green

whte w/gray

harness:

green

yellow

red

Any suggestions on how to match these last 3?
