Help with wattage and ohms please!

Listen the kicker gear is not sub par and the head unit was free with the enclosure / sub.... The sony amp was the only one in the area i could find close to being big enough for my sub without spending $300....

I do have an older concept amp that i tried to first hook up , the power light came on but no sub noise... Looked inside, nothing is burnt up... But it is a Concept CC d1200 amp...

You can get very good deals on used equipment here in the classifieds. When it comes time to upgrade you should start there. Let's focus on making sure your sub is wired correctly right now though.

What, you have a problem trying to save somebody $300 bucks and a ton of trouble when he gets tired of the sub par equipment. If he just got the stuff it might be a option for him but he is so stoked to get it hooked up hes not thinking about that right right now! I've been there

Where here to help not promote the long term fail. So you sir can GTFO
You are getting annoying. The whole thread you've downed the op for his gear and have in no way helped. If that's the setup he's got then so be it. Help him make due with what he's got instead of being a dbag the whole time.

Sorry OP a L3 is sub par consider you could be running a L7 with a kick *** amp anp deck for what you paid!

Im done with this forum.. Ive been ripped off to many times cause nobody told me not to buy at that place to let it happen to other people. THIS IS WHY WE HAVE SO MANY Fed UP CRAIGSLIST ADs.

Im done with this forum..

Send me a link to a cart with everything you think i would need to be better than my current stuff... Minus the kicker wiring kit, dash kit, and wiring harness.

Just figured out that i only really spent 575 ish.... And i would like to keep my current equipment if you guys think it will be alright?

I'm happy with everything as long as you guys think what i have will work and work good together when hooked up right with your much needed assistance =]

I took all the screws out of the front but it doesnt exactly seem to wanna "pop" out, and i'm to scared to really pry on anything... any ideas?

You can and should just check the impedance (ohms) of the speaker at the speaker terminals on the side of the box. Or even at the speaker terminals on the amplifier, if you have it wired to the box/sub. No need to take the speaker out just to check impedance.
