Help with setting up my eq

OK well i am new to car audio but have a good grasp on audio in general but i have some questions on my current set up. My setup consists of a Pioneer deh-p680mp

and a pioneer deq-7200 i have a planet audio 1250 class d mono block amp that is going to power 2 infinity kappa perfect 10.1's (SVQ) also i am running the stock internal speakers. OK so i want to know how i should wire all this? run the subs from the H/U and the speakers from the eq? also do i need to amp the internal's to run the eq? or can i splice the speakers into the outputs in order to use the eq properly also i dont have the box for the subs yet so there not hooked up i am planning to sell the car before the end of next year so i would hate to have to buy another amp just sop i can use my eq so please help.
