help with sealed box its been long time for sealed

I cant remeber the last time I built a sealed box got a few?

is this the outside measurements of the box or the inside

It says to build the box to .365 cubes sealed

so that would be 10" by 10" by 6.3" right or do you add for the sub

this is for a 8in polk marine speaker going in a boat
