Help with proper grounding please...

I used to mess around with car audio back in the day, not doing things proper and working with what I...

I always just ran a power wire from the battery, and grounded the amps “at the amps”...

On a proper “grown *** man” install, do I need additional grounding “at the battery”?

I have a full 1/0 kit, and will learn about and do a big three after I assess how much wire I have left...

I would assume it’s one of those things where I -should not- leave “well enough” alone, even if it everything seems fine after install, just go ahead and knock that big three out anyway huh?
