Help with diet and workout plan

That's disgusting.

Anyways i just plan on losing this summer too. I know i have muscle mass and stuff but right now its covered up lol.

I plan on running in the morning for 15 mins or so Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

 
Like I said, I really want to gain muscle mass/more definition to my exterior looks. I have a treadmill, and free weights with a bench, but cannot afford to go to a gym right now so I will have to wait for that till later.
I appreciate any help I can get.
All you need is enough space so that you can do push-ups, sit-ups, and a bar for chin-ups. Add a few miles of running every morning and concistantly raise the amount you do all 3 excercises and you'll have all the workout you want.

If your serious about working out and want to see results fast it's going to take alot of effort and it's going to ****.....I'm not going to lie. Add to this the motivation it takes to work out by yourself and you'll find out quickly whether or not your serious about doing this. If I were you I would seriously consider finding a training partner, idealy somone with the same goal as you
