Help with decision

Hey Guys... I need help... I cant decide which to get... I either want 2 12's or 1 15... its going to go in the back of a 08 scion TC but i was wanting alot of Pressure in the car... i was just curious what ya'll would get...and what types... i was thinking l7's but am open to anything....

Well I was going to be spending about 400 on the subs and around 320 on the amp.... it's going in the trunk of my car so 34 " w x 16.5"h X and it would have to be a hatchback box... top dept could be 17" and bottom could be around 24-27"

i was thinking about a l7 15.... i figured i''ll be able to have around a 4 cubic foot box in my car... what subs work good with that size box????? and thinking about a power acoustik 3000bd for the amp

i don't know why u would buy an l7 over that audique unless you just love kicker

that aq has very good sq and will get extremely loud

as for the 3000bd don't know about it but i'm pretty sure it doesn't compare to the sundown as far as quality or customer service.

why did you have those in mind j/c

that aq should do well in that box volume

I have just heard that the kicker l7's since they will have more surface area and can handle higher rms than listed would sound good... and i was told about the power acoustik by some people on here and they said that for the price its hard to beat.....i just want something that people are going to say you only have one sub in here.... i want that WOW factor.... i already have the tv pioneer AVIC-D3, now just want some major bump.... thats why im asking....

the rms on that aq is way underrated as long as you put in the proper enclosure and don't send it a clipped signal, but that goes for any woofer. and the sound quality isn't even comparable. believe me you get that woofer the same you were going to give the l7 and it will be loud enough for you. there is a vid of a guy doing 148 on a termlab with one 12 and 2500 watts i think and it's not even in the ideal enlosure for spl.

you'll have to ask around more about that amp but i'm pretty sure you would be better off with the sundown. the owner of sundown audio is on here alot and might be able to get you a deal on one.

$450 is the cheapest i have found it new.

Cool- I'll have to check out that vid as soon as i get off work.... they restrict all personal pages and that stuff at my work...hahahaha *****es... but im just wanting something that will pound hard....what size box is the best with those subs

i think he meant it has more cone area and can handle more power he thought it would be louder
