help with choosing an equalizer

first off, i am not going for the best. I am looking to keep it under $60 for now until I get enough money to get a good one. I am looking for at least a 7 band eq that can be tuned to 30Hz and higher for subs. I would also like it to be chrome or blue or blue and chrome(to match my color scheme) My setup is: 2 12" hollywood digital pros in a custom sealed box with .96 ft^3 of air space, I am using a jbl bp 1200.1 to run them and i have a Panasonic CQ-DFX701U head unit. I am looking at this eq right now but i don't think it goes down to 30hz for the sub. check it out. http://www.ugonet.com/powacpeq7ban2.html . I also wouldn't mind if it only went as low as 35. as usual all help is appreciated.

Actually, for low end EQ's that one looks rather nice, it does have some special features for bass, and it should compliment your system nicely for the money. Did you get one yet, if you get this ine, let me know what u think, Jason

Well save a little more money and buy a pre-amp is better than an EQ. if you want low end and better hights.

You could go with an in-dash EQ / Crossover combination. I'm getting one on eBay for $70 bucks. Search for Clarion under EQ's, can't remember the exact model number.
