Help with amp wiring !

I have 2 MTX TN 12-04 subs. (200 watt rms @ 4 ohm ) and hoping to correctly hook them up to a Kenwood KAC 7201 amp (150 watts RMS. x 2 @ 4 ohms. or 230 watts x 2 @ 2ohms.). New at the car audio game so trying to understand all the formulas and what not has me confused. Any info what be hugely appreciated !!!
