Help with amp/sub decision

I have a 102 amp alternator, and I'm looking for an amp sub combo. My ideas

Ported gcon or icon 12 or 15 (the gcon 15 qts says it's more for sealed but I really want to port)

Jbl ms500.1 800wrms and get a gcon

or ppr 1000.1 1100w rms and get an icon

What would sound best. I listen to mostly hip hop

The MS500 is not 800. That's dynamic and doesn't matter.

I would do the NVX version of the PPI and the GCON ported.

What you listen to don't matter either. Done right it will play anything.

Id stick to 600 to 800 with the right driver you can still get plenty of output

So I could get the nvx jad12001 or the fsd fz1200 for about the same price. What's better?
