2) stand up

3) bend over 90%

it is. the mdf is 1" thick, so subtract 2" from each side, you get 17, the width of port piece one.

total height is 16", minus thickness of wood, 14".

You have a 3" port, so 14" minus 3" = 11 inches, the second value of port piece 1.

Yes, however, it's actually 34x19, but you have to cut the hole out for the port.

it's like legos... you have the basic plans, now put it together until you get a 3" port
